I’ve decided to start taking Joy Breaks. Specifically, finding small, moments of joyfulness in my day. They can be tiny, minuscule and even invisible. Doesn’t matter. Because letting in joy is like letting sunshine into a dark room – it shines and expands at light speed.
So, here’s to joy breaks…lots of joy breaks!
